Wow! I just bought these lovely prints at allposters.com for $20 a piece. They are having a special until 11:59 PM tonight (Wednesday) of 20% off your order (which will basically nullify your shipping costs if you have a big order). Strike while the iron’s hot… I mean, allposters frequently offers sales– I get email updates, and they’re literally every 2 weeks or so– but this is a great excuse to get a pretty print you’ve been coveting.

It took me beaucoup hours of searching, but I finally found a real gem: here (by narrowing category: World Cultures —> United States Culture —> Americana —-> American Beauty —-> Early 20th Century Beauty ) or here (by narrowing category Photography —> Vintage Photography). Also try searching for “belly dancers” — you get lots of 20s silent film sirens, and “Norman Parkinson” for 50s-60s vintage vogue covers and beauteous fashion photography. There are SOOOO many I want… it literally took me hours of searching and pouting for me to decide which to finally purchase.
Although it doesn’t fit in my house or budget at the moment… I will definitely return to snatch up this sleeping beauty.
